Established in 2003, Shantou Tongyong Hardware Industrial
specializes in the research, production and marketing of LED
flashlights. We have two factories with a total area of 6, 000
square meters and two production lines manned by 100-150 employees.
We have a monthly production capacity of up to 100, 000 units.
We take quality control seriously which is why we have two QC teams
consisting of 12 staff ensuring that all products meet the
MIL-STD-810F and IPX-8 standards. We use 6061-T6 and 7075-T6
aviation aluminum alloys and LED lights purchased from CREE and
OSRAM. Furthermore, all raw materials and parts will go through 20
strict inspections and testing procedures after purchase and all
the finished goods will go through 15 inspection and testing
procedures before sales. We also utilize 21 different testers
imported from France and Taiwan. Another testing procedure that our
competitors rarely do is the water pressure testing range of up to
100 meters and the drop test.
All our products are also compliant with FCC, UL, CE, RoHS and 3C
standards and they all come with a one-year warranty. We have
obtained third party verification from SGS and our defect rate is
0.01%. The quality of our products has kept our repeat order rate
at 92%.
Our R&D is composed of 20 highly experienced personnel who have
an average of six years experience. Most of them have worked for
Phillips and Osram and they can launch five new designs monthly. We
have our own brand, TOPFIRE, and we also accept OEM and ODM orders.
Delivery time for samples is 20 days while orders take around
30days. Our MOQ is only 200 units. Our products are widely
